Working from Home Office all the interference and static is gone with this model. People have asked what have I done to my phone, it sound so much better than before. Replaced a 2.4GHz phone. Handsets feel lightweight, but are comfortable, speaker phone works well.
Easy to follow simple instructions, great features, a joy to use. Highly recommend this set. I'm ecstatic with this purchase. Gives me three phones for the price of one plus an answerer.
I bought the system only 2 weeks ago and the phones get discharged after a couple of phone calls ( not eve a couple of hours). When you buy this stuff online it is so difficult to deal with returns and it only adds to the cost by having to pay to ship it back. I bought this product because someone raved that the charge lasted a long time. So I keep moving the hand set so that I have the properly charged one always available.
I am extremely unhappy with this purchase - maybe I just got a lemon and the other reviewers are right, but my phone does not work as advertised. My second handset now sits on a kitchen counter less than 40 feet from the base unit, just off a direct line of sight. I did a lot of research prior to buying this item, looking for a phone that would give me extended range. Many reviewers commented on the excellent range of this item, so I purchased it. Almost every time I pick it up, I have to walk towards the base unit in order for the handset to make contact with the base.
But, i just say that this one is lasting battery (we had problems with battery for most of the other Vtech & Uniden we purchased before) for longer then what Panasonic is claim it will last. We purchased this phone after having few unsuccessful attempt to buy the cheap ones thinking that anyways we are replacing phones every year. It's an excellent quality phone with very good voice quality and features are also easy to use even for kids.
